My go-to salon in Arlington – always so friendly and does a great job every time! I get highlights and a cut/blowout typically and it’s always the right shade of blonde for what I’m looking for. When my mom was in town recently, she had a hair emergency and the stylist was able to fit her in last minute and take care of it with ease. She has very different hair from me and again she thought he did the best job for her hair. Reasonably priced and friendly, professional service. 5/5 stars

My review is just based on the waxing service available at this salon, as I’ve never received salon services here. I will say, without question, this is the best wax I’ve ever received. The esthetician (I forgot her name) was amazing and my Brazilian wax was the most comfortable and least painful session I’ve ever experienced thanks to her skills. I will never go anywhere else for a wax. Very clean and professional environment as well.

I have very thin hair and my hair has been damaged from the sun. He took his time and carefully made sure the roots got colored. This is a neighborhood salon and the owner cares about his customers. I was looking to get a haircut and my sister recently had gotten her hair done and it was beautiful , so she recommended Salon Istanbul and specifically Antonio. Besides the fact that Antonio is friendly and professional, he actually does a wonderful job and is my hairstylist that I go to now! He is great at what he does and I have never been disappointed from his haircuts, like I have in the past with many other salons in the DMV area. I wanted a trim to clean up my ends and make my hair healthy – and that’s exactly what he gave me. I also wanted layers. He asked me clarifying questions about the type of layer length and style, which showed me he knew what he was doing. He asked if I wanted a blowout or air dry, and I decided to let it air dry (it was cool that he asked and didn’t push the blowout on me).I liked that he didn’t try to talk the whole time.
