Critical: Cleanliness, QualitySad to share because I really thought I found a hairstylist that I would love. First time experience I got exactly what I asked for on my haircut that’s all I had done tht day2nd time experience with the same lady (the owner) who has had 40+Yrs experience was a total panic stricken frustrating experience like litterally brought to tears is clearly having issues with producing color. I not only gv my inspiration pic and said that is exactly what I want on my color and showed also an inspiration pic on my cut… I got neither! The cut in my inspiration pic was bluntly cut all the way around the head with thin wispy pieces and texture on the end which ironically is the same cut I received the first time but noooo not this time.. this time I got heavy layers on the sides making it look like wings from the 80s fara faucet came to mind… and instead of a straight blunt cut all the way around I got a a U shaped cut!Now for the color… I showed a warm blonde Jennifer Aniston and Julia Robert’s picture that had warm lowlights with warmer brighter blonde pops… when I came in I already had the bright blond so all that was needed was the dark warm blonde and warm root…instead I am leaving with basically warm brown hair my bright blonde pops that were once there GONE…it was very heavily weaved….I should also mention… that while in foils processing she had to leave to go get color for my daughter’s hair who was being processed by the other stylist here because the purple highlights she was having done did not take….the reason I found out once she left and was told by my daughters stylist it was due to it being a semi permanent color and her hair had some blonde so they thought it would take…. THOUGHT… I asked before coming if they were able an equipped to do it because of not I could easily go somewhere else.. so anyway my stylist was gone to first get her phone she left at home which no biggy I had 30min to process but when she left to get the right color dye for my daughter at the hair supply store my timer he went off… the color sat on my hair making it turn out much darker ..when she returned my hit was blown dry and I sent pics to her showing her how much it was different that the inspiration pic… when she returned for an hour she asked me how to fix it…say “what do you not see tht you see in the pic..”? My response…EVERYTHING…. My hair is NOT WARM the color you put it was a warm color but that is not what my hair turned out to be…. All of my bright blonde gone so it’s dark no blond pops and no warm all over tone… which my daughters stylist said could be fixed with a toner put in my roots and all over hair… my stylist insisted that wouldn’t work…For an hour she kept asking me what I felt like needed to happen ….I again repeatedly said …I am NOT A STYLIST BUT I KNOW I WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE THIS PICTURE… I can’t tell you the steps to make tht happen I am not a stylist… like how many more ways can someone say that!!!Moral of the story… Stay away if you want any type of color unless it’s SIMPLE… because although it is said they can…THEY INFACT CAN NOT!!!!P.s..; all of her brushed and hair rollers where packed full of hair… Not hygienic at all… if I would hve known this the first time I popped in late one night for a quick trim I wouldn’t hve returned because that is just absolutely not ok!!I wish I could post picturesSad to share because I really thought I found a hairstylist that I would love.
