Jennifer is an amazing nail tech. I didn’t have high expectations based my experience in other salons, but she really delivered and exceeded. She was also knowledgeable on the health of natural nails, as well as the maintenance of acrylics based on lifestyle and she gave her input on what works best so the nails would last. She even was open to my input and was attentive to incorporate my needs into the end result. Overall, it was worth the money spent. She’s a real artist in her craft. 13/10 will definitely return again.

Melinda has helped me find my “signature style, cut and color”. I get compliments on my hair literally each week (less since I’m working from home w covid) to the point of having strangers approach me and asking where I get my hair done to take and taking photos of my head. They have the most talented nail tech, she’s so creative. AND a kids room! That is a huge seller! I feel like I’m walking into a spa, is so pretty inside. They also have a nice little drink station, coffee, sodas, or water. All the ladies are super sweet and have even helped out with my kids!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI just moved to this area and am looking for a new salon. Based on the reviews I read, I decided to try this place out. I called and scheduled an appointment for a haircut. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 5 minutes early. When I walked in, a stylist greeted me and asked for my details. I told her I had an appointment at noon with Malinda. She said she would let her know I was there. I sat down and waited. After 10 minutes, another stylist asked what I was waiting for and once again went in the back to let Malinda know I was waiting. She must have been mad that I interrupted her lunch (even though they scheduled the appointment for that time) because the rest of my experience was terrible. After that Malinda came out and said to come sit down in her chair. She didn’t smile, she didn’t introduce herself, she didn’t say nice to meet you, and she didn’t have a pleasant tone. She then asked me what I was wanting (same tone). I told her I was just needing a trim and wanted long layers since they had grown out. So, we went back to wash my hair. She asked in the same rude tone “who referred you”? I let her know I looked online and that I had just moved here and was hoping to find a salon to come back to and get my hair colored, etc. She didn’t engage or try to make any conversation. She washed my hair the quickest I have ever gotten my hair washed. She didn’t rub/massage my head. When she rinsed, the water was cold. I went back to her seat and when she brushed my hair out, she was ROUGH! She yanked and pulled my hair with the comb. She cut my hair and never said one word to me, but she kept a conversation with her workers (at this point I realized she is the owner). When she went to blow dry my hair, I’m pretty sure she intentionally tangled it up. She used a brush this time and would hit slightly hard on my head before brushing the hair down. She was extremely rough. I literally had tears come to my eyes at one point. I kept them closed the entire time just to get through this appointment. When she was done, she put product in my hair and styled it with out asking, so I didn’t really get to see the cut that well. When she was done she did ask if I wanted to look at the back. I looked and then tried to leave as soon as possible. I thought about speaking up and letting them know how horrible this experience was, but there was three of them standing around and I didn’t want to argue with them. I left with a massive headache that lasted two days, even after taking medication. I’ve thought about my experience several times over now and can only come to the conclusion that the lady was royally peeved (putting in nice words) that I messed with her lunch break. Again, they scheduled it for this time not me – I never even mentioned a time that would be best for me. I will never go back to this place and have already let other know of my experience. My wife was a first time customer to have her nails done by Jennifer. We walked in and not a single person greeted us. We sat there for 15 minutes, 10 past her appointment time, still nothing. You may have a talented team but without customer service you have nothing.
