I visited Salon Idieh on Dec. 23rd and was serviced by Heidi. My experience was so amazing! I walked in and everyone was so friendly. The environment is so warm and welcoming and the service was phenomenal. I was very pleased with my hair. I received a silk press and she styled it with curls that would last through the holidays. Heidi also gave me advice on hair care techniques to get my hair back to a healthy state. I will definitely be back!!

First time going here Heidi was very pleasant. But last Friday she was rude and snobby. I asked if she was okay, but she said she was fine. Now Heidi does good work on your hair. But she is very snobby, she likes to correct you. If I’m wrong let me be wrong. And her energy was off with me. I will never return. She made me feel uncomfortable. And she is always late for your appointment. And tries to charge you extra. She’s a scam artist.

After going to Hiedi a couple of times , I asked to comb out and blow dry my own hair because she doesn’t know how to properly handle 4C hair, and would literally pull my hair out when trying to detangle it . I love how she flat ironed my hair so, I asked if I could just take this part of the service off her hands . Both times she allowed me to, and I thought there was no issue .

Nikki is the best hair stylist ever! She has the best personality and truly loves what she does. Nikki does what is best for the patient’s hair care. I have been going to her for two years now and I refuse to let anyone else do my hair. I am so thankful for her and if you don’t book an appointment you’re missing out!
