So delightful! Okko was wonderful, and very patient with me, as I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. I ended up with a cute pixie perm, and I’m so glad I went to her for it. Both her and Chiko had a kind and professional demeanor, and they work so quickly! I was out of there really fast, and perms take a while. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Okko is amazing! My highlights and cuts always turn out just great. She has such a cheery and warm personality, the salon is comfortable, she gives a great head massage even with a normal cut, and offers citrus tea as soon as I arrive. The prices and quality of service are outstanding. I highly recommend this salon.

I went to have a Japanese Straightening done yesterday with Okko. She was very precise and careful and it came out soft, silky, and straight as can be. She is very nice and I love my hair! She also trimmed my hair when it was done and did a great job. I will go there again!

I’ve been going to see Okko for over 23 years (since I was a child) following her to various salons. She and her sister Chiko provide exceptional coloring and cutting services. There is a reason I’ve stuck with her for so long because she is great at her job and very talented. I have thick hair and she always does a great job with layers and not making it a blunt cut. If you’re looking to try out someone new, give them a shot! You won’t be disappointed!

Worst haircut I have ever experienced. Went in on Saturday (9/7/19) for a simple haircut with layers. I even took a picture with me to take any guesswork out of what I was asking for. She cut my hair, taking the liberty to cut off an EXTRA 3 INCHES. These are the choppiest, most uneven layers I have ever seen. When I got home, my husband and son hugged me immediately because they could tell I was unhappy. Cried for an hour, and thankfully cry a little less each day. Disappointed to pay for this haircut and then find (and pay) for another place to fix it. Hair is even too short to tie up and hide.

You won’t find a better salon anywhere! Not only do Chieko and Okko have exceptional skills as stylists; they also enjoy their clients. It’s a great atmosphere, and there’s no doubt you’ll feel better when you leave than when you arrived.
