I’ve been to this salon in the past for multiple Brazilian blowouts spending over 1,000 total. They were always good. Helena is nice when she’s doing your hair, but didn’t even seem to remember me when I came back months later for coloring. Mearah did my hair. I asked her to fit me in before 2 July. I wanted an all over hair color of light brown. However she convinced me to get balayage because she thought it would damage my hair less. Apparently this was her version of balayage choppy, cheap looking highlights that were orange and uneven with a clear cut off at the root. I went back in and they told me that they could break it up with some low lights which would’ve made my hair even darker. I went in for a lighter color. So I declined the offer due to the fact that I didn’t trust her to fix my hair. I called back the next day. This was after multiple times of calling. They constantly ignored my calls on purpose because they did not want to deal with what they had done to my hair. Every time I’m in the salon I hear them answering the phone constantly. But when I would call it would constantly be put to voicemail. I finally got a hold of someone and she told me that the manager would be calling me at 4 PM that day and I never got a call. After multiple times of trying to reach out and get a refund. I decided to make a dispute tI get my money back. Do not go here for hair color…

I’m very picky about how my hair is cut, so don’t typically like how my hair turns out at many salons, but they get it right every time! They don’t rush through, but make sure everything is to my liking little by little. Hairstyling

Had a small blunder-on my hair by one of the stylist BUT Helena made good on it and BY FIXING IT AND MY HAIR TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL. Helena is a true professional and really knows hair. I highly recommend her. Haircut

Amazing place got the opportunity to meet the owner and get my haircut by her, very honest lady! on what she couldn’t do with my hair. But we got it done, and I was very happy with It!.
