I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Salon Hanover with the Owner, Krystal. Her co-workers (Danny & Danielle) also helped with my hair and with the parking meter. The Salon was so careful to comply with Covid restrictions (masks, temperature taking, forms, space dividers, etc). I walked in with a photo of what I was hoping for and I ended up with more than I could have ever imagined – I love my new hair color and style. THANK YOU, Krystal and Staff.

I walked in yesterday in need of some root color refreshments and Sierra Jackson was kind enough to take me right away. She was not only professional but also kind and pleasant to be around. I came here for balayage and a small trim with layers. I have very curly hair and after it dried I realized I had fat hair and nearly no layers at all. I texted my stylist Stephanie who said she could get me an appointment that Saturday. It’s been almost a month and I still don’t have an appointment. After paying over $300 (not including the tip) I expect to be happy with my hair. Will not be coming back.
