I love my stylist, Abigayil! This is a very clean, well-equipped salon with a professional, high energy, friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of service, which is excellent. I’ve only been twice so far, but they have already earned my loyalty.

I left 4 messages over a 4 day period for a return call to make an appointment. When they finally did call me back I was told that I couldn’t make an appointment because the stylist that they wanted me to see didn’t cut curly hair. She did give me the number for another stylist in the salon that did. After multiple text messages back and forth, the stylist told me that it would cost a minimum of $225 for the cut because I was a new client and she has to detox all new clients hair. Mind you that price does not include the cost of products that you MUST buy just to be her client. I was polite and advised that I just could not justify that expense for a hair cut. She said that she understood and offered to “dry cut” my hair ($70) but said that she could not guarantee my cut would look right if I did not follow her process. I did not schedule as I was afraid that she would botch my hair in order to prove to me that I needed to spend the extra money. She seemed very knowledgeable and I’m sure that she believes that her services are worth that and seems to be very successful in charging this as she was also booked out for about 4 weeks. I’m not saying that you should not go here as I have heard that the employees are wonderful. (That is why I was trying to go) I’m just relaying my personal experience.
