Here visiting from Dallas. I had used Kim in booth Envy brows and lashes last year while on vacation for a eyelash fill with no problems. Called her again for a fill or minifill. Took her 30 minutes and charged me $78 dollars for using a credit card. As soon as I walked out I went to the bathroom there at the Salon Suites and there were lashes she spilled all over me. In my hair, on my face and she let me leave like that. I had a small brush in my purse to brush them as I am not new to this process. I gave them a quick brush from mid lash out. About 10 lashes fell out on both sides. I immediately called her with her replying that is NORMAL, “it’s probley your old lashes just shedding” she says. At this point I knew I had been taken. Now a day later, there are HUGE chunks of glue all over my lashes. I have NOT gotten them wet and made sure I stayed indoors for 24 hours due to the humidity here. I have tried to text, to call with NO reply back. I absolutely never leave bad reviews like this, however this has left a bad bad taste in my mouth. All over the internet there are reviews from her microblading services. Maybe she is good at that but lash fills, mini fills not so much. EVERYTIME I blink I can feel the hard clumped glue in the corner of my eyes and in other parts of my lashes where she threw a lash on here or there. Very very very disappointed because the only way to fix this is to remove ALL of them when I get home. So, everytime I blink my eyes, it feels like there is sand and grit in my eyes and I don’t want to inconvenience my family again trying to blindly get them fixed somewhere else. Very very very disappointed in her services and lack of reaching out to try to resolve the situation.
