I was easily able to see pricing, schedule appointments, and choose the stylist/technicians I had service from. I loved my haircut from Sydney. The nail technician seemed young and rather inexperienced, the outcome was not ideal in terms of the appearance from my gel manicure, but she was very sweet. The masseuse was very considerate of my needs and respected my comfort level and privacy. The massage was the best experience and very relaxing and helped with pain relief.

Patricia does my nails. She is very nice & caring. I do not like the Nail files & buffer you use. I may just purchase my own. I also think you should also get more Shellac colors. I was looking it shellac & I notice you don’t carry much of the new colors out. I always go online & check out the new colors.

Been coming to Salon Glow since 2017 when I moved back from college and it was the best decision ever! After an utter hair fiasco in college and an bad experience from a previous hairdresser, Kate brought my hair back to life! She is a hairsaver! Always a great time catching up and seeing the girls at the salon, they’re all so friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to hang out & treat yo self! ❤️

I am new to Willoughby and was looking for a new salon. When visiting the Winking Lizard for a birthday party, I noticed Salon Glow and that it is an Aveda Salon. I was able to make an appointment online with Bree, new talent there. She was supervised every step of the way by Angela, who is an educator at the salon. I was her first clipper and scissor “pixie” cut. I came out with one of the best cuts I’ve ever had! Thanks, Bree and Angela! I’ll be back!

I always love coming here for my waxing and to get any of my hair needs done. I booked an appointment for my goddaughter and Angela did a wonderful job. She took her time to make sure my goddaughter got everything she hope to expect her hair to come out like. Clean environment, always keep up with all equipment and state requirements. They always make you feel like you home away from home here and staff is always friendly. I love also seeing them train new and upcoming stylists.
