In the beginning it was great Marty did a great job of cutting my hair I also made sure to tip at least 25 to 50%. Went to make an appointment over the last 6 months about five six times and no one ever bothered to call me back. Horrible horrible customer service. I’ve been going here since March and have been pleased. My last appointment was an epic fail as both a cut and color. My hair was damaged, the wave is gone and now there is nothing that can disguise the poor cut. It’s been weeks now of wearing a hat. I’ve gone back to the salon to fix it but was assured that Victoria is “Sorry that I felt that she did something wrong but…she didn’t”. Everyone can have bad days, it’s how you respond to your customers that can keep them with you or chase them away.. The hair should have been hydrated in an attempt to reverse the damage or a refund offered. What should not be done is accusing your client of not knowing her own hair.amaged by the procedure and fried…the wave was straightened right out
