I am here on a visit and was so appreciative that they fit me in to their schedule for a hair cut and style (right away). The owner was my hair stylist. He did a great job on my style and cut. I knew from the start that he knew what he was doing and had an eye for style and was highly skilled. He was so warm and friendly, even suggested a great restaurant that my husband and I ate at last night, ( and it was just that, GREAT). I’ve been going to this salon longer than any other because it’s so wonderful. Yesenia does beautiful colors and cuts. The owner, John, is super nice and cares about all of the clients. The space is very nice, with great music and a warm and welcoming atmosphere with no “attitude.” Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough positive things about on-point SalonG. This is a wonderful salon in Bedford, and the owners and stylists treat you like è uno della famiglia (like you are one of the family)! I love the eclectic music playlist of John’s, also a musician. The salon is clean and well maintained. Pina reconfirms appointments and promptly calls if a conflict arises. Maria is an amazing stylist. I receive constant compliments about my styles (that Maria chooses). I’ve seen clients first hand delay the stylists for late arrival, largely due to traffic and they always try to make up for that or stay late to finish all their clients. It’s a great experience, great salon and great results.

I can’t even give this a star!..Got the worst service and color! Maria is not very knowledgeable on Balayage even though she states she can, then attempts to convince my daughter to like her color! And had other clients and coworkers come to her booth and try to convince to like it.My daughter got a below average foil highlight that looked amateur , not to mention was not even offered refreshment for a 5 hour service.Based on texture and length of hair was not worth over $200!!!..Not to mention was charged for a gloss that wasn’t applied, because daughter’s hair felt like straw and was falling out! Very misleading ,was told at consultation able and qualified, then at booked appointment after it was serviced, told to come back a few sessions, would not correct without spending more $$$$!.. Absolutely Ludicrous!!! Doesn’t deserve 1 star but is a requirement to post review.

Now they have manicures/pedicures again. And they are wonderful. While the quality of the manicures/pedicures are great, the service at the front desk is awful – double booked appointments, no call backs, don’t check their messages. I stopped going there because of too many scheduling problems.
