Heidi did such a wonderful job with my balayage! (I have the salon do my bleach and I do the fashion color). She was gentle and attentive; listened to what I wanted and took excellent care of me throughout my appointment. First time ever going to a salon, went in wanting layers (which Ive gotten before and know how it’s done) left as if a 5 year old cut my hair. It’s ruined I literally cried and cried. Will never again go there. Got my hair done by the owner. She was very nice and everything I’m just super disappointed and self conscious on how I look now.

Nicole was amazing, bubbly, friendly, and super easy to chit chat with. I went in for my first Deva cut and she gave my hair style and shape that no one has ever achieved. She was really informative and explained what and how she used certain products. I don’t usually find stylists who are so confident and skillful with curly hair. Atmosphere was really relaxing and definitely very safe and clean during this crazy time with COVID. You should take the time to book an appointment and treat yourself. I’m going back for sure!

So far, I’ve been to Salon Ginger twice and I have loved my hair after each visit. Kim has been my stylist both times and has always done a phenomenal job. I have thick, heavy hair, and she does a great job lightening it up. She always asks for my opinion on my hair as she goes, which I really appreciate. She’s extremely friendly and fun. I have definitely found my go-to salon in Anchorage.

Kimberly did my hair and it looks amazing! She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. I have very thick curly hair and when did brushed my tangles out, she was gentle so it didn’t hurt at all. I would highly recommend her! Will be going back when I need a trim. Price was very reasonable for the quality.
