Positive: QualityI’m all about quality versus quantity. My daughter and I have been coming to this salon from the moment they first opened their doors and have never been disappointed. They use top of the line products, which in turn has allowed my daughter and my hair to remain natural and mid way down our backs. I will never even allow anyone else to touch us nor even consider or trust anyone else. I truly thankful for them and the way they take care of our hair and ensuring we look good for all occasions. I’m all about quality versus quantity. My daughter and I have been coming to this salon from the moment they first opened their doors and have never been disappointed. They use top of the line products, which in turn has allowed my daughter and my hair to remain natural and mid way down our backs. Critical: ProfessionalismI called the hair salon on Wednesday for an appointment. I left a message on the answering machine as directed and I was suppose to receive a return call the next day. Thursday aftrnoon I called again to make an appointment and was told a stylist would contact me. I did tell the individual that I was a new customer she asked for my name and telephone number which i gave to her. I’ll have a stylist give you a call. I have yet to hear from the stylist. If this is how they handle their customers I should be happy to have not heard from them. I called the hair salon on Wednesday for an appointment. I left a message on the answering machine as directed and I was suppose to receive a return call the next day. Thursday aftrnoon I called again to make an appointment and was told a stylist would contact me.
