Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSalon G and Erin are AMAZING!!!!After a botched color at my previous salon and their refusal to fix the problem, I was in panic mode. I called Salon G Friday morning right at 10am when they opened and spoke with Erin. I told her that my hair color was a hot mess and I needed a color correction badly. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment at 11. I walked in the salon and was greeted by Erin immediately. The salon is very clean and welcoming. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and then she saw the mess that was my hair which looked nothing like the picture. My color was multiple shades of brassy orange blonde, Ash blonde and yellow. She advised me of the intended plan to correct the color. I knew right away, she knew what she was doing. As she started working on my hair and each step to correct, I knew I was in good hands. It took several hours and several different steps which I was totally ok with. After she was done and blew me out, I literally cried. She overdelivered on expectations and my hair looks amazing!!! Everyone was so nice and the owner Gina introduced herself, brought me coffee and the assistant brought me water. I was asked multiple times if I needed anything. I felt like my business was important to them and with my stellar results, they have themselves a new customer! Thank you Erin and Salon G, you turned a hair emergency into hair envy! That night at dinner, the server asked me where I get my hair done as it is fabulous and I proudly said Erin at Salon G! I was very displeased with this salon. They are overpriced for low quality work. I got a foil highlight & she did not get close to my roots at all. They charged me for things that I was not aware I was getting and the owner was very rude, condescending, and unprofessional when I confronted her with what they charged me and how the highlights were an inch away from my head. Pictures taken on the day I got highlights. Never going back.

Owner is very rude and disrespectful. I see a few others mention it in their review and can relate to that. I was talking to my stylist to do my hair a certain way or was explaining what the expected outcome should look like and the owner walked over and told the stylist to not let anyone tell her how to do her job. I personally found it very disrespectful and I think I have the right to speak to my stylist because she is working on “MY HAIR” and I am paying for the service. Hair wash, cut and blow dry costed me $120!!

The best! I’ve only been there 2 times yet I already know I’ll be going here for a lifetime. So classy and the salon is high end as well. My hair stylist is Alexandra and she’s amazing! What she’s accomplished with my hair when no one till this day has ever done. She listens and is such a professional and has a great personality too. I owe my amazing hair all to her. 10/10 would recommend!!

Angela is the absolute best! I swear she is the Hair Dr.! I came to her last year after my hair had been destroyed (bleached, fried, bleed marks, brassy, etc..you name it) by two other local hair salons. She took the time to explain everything to me and reassured me that it would take time, but in order to get my hair healthy we had to do it in stages. She has spent an endless amount of time getting my hair back to a good place and making me happy along the way (trying to make me love my hair again, with minimal damage to my hair). She recommended things that nobody EVER told me about (tape-ins, treatments, keratin treatments). What hairstylist would give you her personal number to text or call anytime with questions or concerns? She did! And for all the times I texted with things I liked or didn’t like, or pictures of what I wanted – she always responded and if it wasn’t something that was good for me, she had an alternative to make it work. Angela is passionate about hair, her profession and making her clients hair happy, but making sure your hair stays healthy. She is creative and a master at what she does. I cannot say enough about how amazing this stylist is. When you sit in her chair you know that she is listening and it is a great feeling to know that she just gets it. I am so grateful to have found her and would urge anyone who has had bad hair experiences or bad hair to go talk with her – I promise you will not be disappointed!
