Just had a nightmare experience with Megan, cancelled my appointment at the last minute because she double booked herself. But worse than her cancelling last minute she tried to lie to me about why. I don’t recommend! Kathy: when I couldn’t reschedule for another day, she asked if I could come in later in the afternoon. If your sick won’t you still be sick an hour later? She admitted to being at a wedding party 50 minutes away and then accidentally text me instead of her babysitter to tell the babysitter she would not be back in town until after my appt would have started. I will stay away from a place with so much dishonesty

Excellent. Kathy does hair, nails, pedicures, waxing and dyes lashes and brows. I get all of these services and am very, very pleased. I would recommend her to anyone – women and men. I also have my hair highlighted and have never been disappointed with any of the results. Women are always stopping me in stores and ask me where I get my nails and hair done. The prices she charges are always fair. I have no complaints. Her husband Wayne does permanent cosmetics and he has done my eyebrows and also lined my eyes since he first started and there isn’t anyone else I would trust more than him. He’s very professional and his work is excellent. He also does my facials every month and the results are unbelievable. I have extremely dry skin and his program has helped my skin where other remedies have failed. Cannot say enough good things about Salon FX, Kathy and Wayne.
