I loved my haircut and even my husband complimented me. Next time we will add highlights! I’m immunocompromised among other issues and I just ask for transparency to know precautions (masks,etc). I must commend you and your staff (Heather & everyone working) for the protocols I witnessed. The cleaning and mask wearing. I have to say I wish I could have found salon fx sooner it would have helped my anxiety during this difficult and trying time. I had an appointment with Heather and she was not only a wonderful stylist but a very kind and understanding person. I loved my haircut and even my husband complimented me. Next time we will add highlights! I’m immunocompromised among other issues and I just ask for transparency to know precautions (masks,etc). I had seen many people recommending Hope. I decided to give her a try. I called for an appointment but she had limited availability (and I had limited availability). Her and Kim (owner) offered to tag team me if I was ok with that. I said sure, as I was grateful that they could even get me in (as I tend to wait until the last minute). Hope did my color and Kim did my cut. The color turned out a little lighter than I was hoping for (but was not bad by any means, it was just a little lighter than I typically go!!). She offered to put some darker color in it if I wanted her to, at no additional charge, but I graciously declined. Kim stated that she warranties her cuts (if I got home and didn’t like something about it.) You cannot beat that customer service!! I will definitely be back! On a side note, I got home and my husband loved my cut and color. 🙂
