I have never had a problem with how they do my hair, but the cattiness at this salon is unreal. All the girls talk about each other and make rude comments about there clients. I had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency the day of and I had my hair dresser call and scream at me about how much money she was losing that day and told me if I wanted to get back on her books I would have to pay a $50 cancellation fee. Don’t waste your time here, find a salon with genuine people who have talent, they do exist!

Will not be going back. They even charged tax. I said do not cut my hair too short I don’t want to look like a man. And you can see my scalp on the sides very very unhappy. Lea used volume scissors and a razor blade so ridiculously short on the sides it’s embarrassing I am embarrassed. Never going back. Haircut

I was there for a haircut this past Thursday, I had never been there before, a 35.00 dollar Groupon. They gave me Leah, told her how I wanted my hair cut, didn’t seem that interested….I explained I wanted it layered, not to short, and pieces around my face…. She went to work cutting my hair down to the scalp in some places, with some kind of scissors, she said was for volume…. No volume, ( No hair)…. Couldn’t believe it….

So at first I was hesitant because I just bleached some of my hair the day prior with someone else. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the end product at the other salon. I searched and searched for a good hair salon. But, as you know you just never know until you try. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and quickly taken care of. To my luck Luba was available. I sat down and she spoke with me about how she can make the color even throughout. I was nervous. I was asking all these questions. I didn’t know how she was going to match the color in the front to the color in the back. Anyway, my result was that she matched it perfectly!!

I hate to leave a bad review ever. I had a nice experience at this salon the girl who did my hair was lovely and really worked hard on it. I went in with box dyed hair due to covid and it was a mess. I was there for 6-7 hours getting my hair processed to get it where I wanted it. I left very happy it was exactly what I wanted. I went to ulta the next day to make sure I bought the proper products to keep it from fading I spent a ton of money on this dye job and did not want it fading, so I washed with cool water and spent $70 in redken shampoo and conditioner and hair mask to ensure the integrity of my hair color. Well within two washes my hair faded so bad and within a month my hair is officially back to looking a mess. I thought I was getting something a little easier to maintain I feel like the only way to keep up with color job they do is to go back every 2-3 weeks and spend as much as I did is insane to me.
