Just got my hair cut by Stephanie and had a great experience! She was super nice and listened well to what I wanted and to what my concerns were. I struggle with some thinness in my hair and she was compassionate and supportive. She took time to talk with me about ways to care for my hair in a very helpful and non-judgmental way, without trying to sell me products (which I really appreciated). And I love my cut. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMaggie is 100/10! Wow!! I researched good salons and knew that she would be good but she’s great. She’s fast, efficient and super nice. She doesn’t push for conversation which I appreciate because I am extremely introverted. I showed her a picture of the hair cut I wanted and it honestly is better than the picture. Her blowout game is crazy, I’ve never seen someone make a blowout with this much volume. Maggie is 100/10! Wow!! I researched good salons and knew that she would be good but she’s great. She’s fast, efficient and super nice. She doesn’t push for conversation which I appreciate because I am extremely introverted. I showed her a picture of the hair cut I wanted and it honestly is better than the picture. Critical: Professionalism, ValueMy first visit was two Fridays ago. Worst haircut I received. At 38 years old I’ve had a lot of haircuts. I’m astonished at how badly she cut my hair. I know hair grows back but, my hair grows incredibly slow, even though I have great habits of taking care of myself (nutrition). The stylist looked like she crawled out of bed or was on her way to the gym. That should have been the first sign right there that her hair and her clothes looked a mess, that I was going to look a mess after. Not to mention she didn’t ask any questions, it appeared she didn’t care. She had a chip on her shoulder as well. What upsets me too, is that I have low self-esteem and now my self-esteem has dropped dramatically with this horrible haircut. My first visit was two Fridays ago. Worst haircut I received. At 38 years old I’ve had a lot of haircuts. I’m astonished at how badly she cut my hair. I know hair grows back but, my hair grows incredibly slow, even though I have great habits of taking care of myself (nutrition). We still cannot believe how fast she was able to do her work and our hair was gorgeous! I HATE wearing my hair up, but I could not take enough pics of my hair because it looked amazing!
