Oh my goodness, I gotta say, I love what Monica has done with my hair. One, it is better than what I expected. Two, she actually takes care of it. Three, she actually ensures her clients are comfortable and okay. She asked if combing my hair hurt. I’m naturally tender headed but I have grown used to it with so much hair i have for all my life. This may annoy clients, but this let’s you know that she cares. The last hair salon I went to didn’t know how to properly work with long hair let alone a lot of it. It did take some time, but she managed. She even gave suggestions on how to better care for my hair so it will become healthier.
