Critical: Quality, ValueCeleste is a nice kid but does not have the experience that I thought I was going to be getting, first off she did not have all of the products I needed to get my hair done, I said ok let’s do fun she ended up putting maybe one or two of the three colors and way over charged me, I was supposed to get a hair cut but did not, I ended up leaving with wet hair and am glad I didn’t let her cut my hair. Celeste is a nice kid but does not have the experience that I thought I was going to be getting, first off she did not have all of the products I needed to get my hair done, I said ok let’s do fun she ended up putting maybe one or two of the three colors and way over charged me, I was supposed to get a hair cut but did not, I ended up leaving with wet hair and am glad I didn’t let her cut my hair.
