I went for a haircut after reading good reviews. The moment I stepped in the salon, Melissa came over and suggested to go for brazilian blowout. Well, first of all, I don’t mind such cross-selling, however I should receive the service that I asked for first, right? She did not cut it properly and said that I would love it after BBO. But how about giving it a little shape? Second, I went twice to the salon – once for haircut and then for BBO, both times she was in a hurry to finish the job. Did not care much while doing the job. She appeared more like a good salesperson than a hairstylist. Would not recommend this salon. Giving two stars only for her being a good salesperson.

Love this place! I came here pre covid and again after all covid guidelines were placed and both times it was extremely clean. They ask you to wait outside so they can sanitize the stations – they also check your temperature and everyone wears masks. Surfaces are sanitized several times while you’re sitting there too, so I felt very comfortable getting my hair done here. There was a mixup where I thought I was getting a haircut + balayage, but was only scheduled for a haircut. They were extremely accommodating and Melissa kindly stayed later to balayage my hair. Super appreciate the great service and response to the mixup, and Melissa is amazing as well! She balayaged my hair last year and I lasted the entire year without having to recolor since it grew out nicely. She is a very talented stylist and I always trust her recommendations!
