She then proceeded to slop acrylic all over the finger as well as the nail. The shape was not done well either. The facility lacked attention and cleanliness. Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery unprofessional and rude . For the price I pay ($80-$100) I shouldn’t have a nail lifting and falling off, and multiple nails snap and break after not even 2 weeks. Every time a client walks out, they immediately start talking about them. House of glam is the go to spot if you want good quality for the prices you pay on top of a GOOD experience, without having to listen to them bad mouth other clients and coworkers. When I first starting going there I never had a problem with my nails, they lasted 3 to 4 weeks with no issues. I guess if they feel some type of way about you, or if they get comfortable they start to get lazy. I will not be returning. Paid 90 (80 charge and 10 for a tip) for a FILL that I needed to get EARLY because the nails were completely lifted and snapping off AGAIN, the SECOND set in a ROW that it happened.
