first off, walking into Salon Experience is like walking into a design magazine photograph. the decor is ON POINT, and i literally bring it up every time i walk in. the place is just gorgeous and SUPER clean (and always aware, up to date, and respectful of COVID protocol).

My experience with Kim was not okay. My first time there. #1, while washing my hair she was FaceTiming with some guy!!!! When done, still FaceTiming, she’s trying to put the cape over my shoulders with one hand!!!! I tried telling her how I wanted my hair cut. Apparently she didn’t listen. While she was cutting my hair she was complaining about the previous days customers and how she was in a bad mood all day!!! Not professional at all!!! Will never go back!!!!

Critical: QualityI went here to get my hair highlighted. The lady (karen) who was doing my hair only had two hours to do mine until her next client she said. I payed $120 (overcharged) and i’m just really dissatisfied with the look. I dont ever seeing myself paying $120 for rushed highlights I can barely see especially when I wanted it to be more towards the blonder side. Even all my family members and people who saw it, agreed that there was no change. Top it off, only front of my hair was styled and the rest of my hair was wet so I had to put in a ponytail. I went here to get my hair highlighted. The lady (karen) who was doing my hair only had two hours to do mine until her next client she said. I payed $120 (overcharged) and i’m just really dissatisfied with the look. I dont ever seeing myself paying $120 for rushed highlights I can barely see especially when I wanted it to be more towards the blonder side. FABULOUS!! While traveling the area, I desperately needed highlights, color, cut, etc…. I was a bit skeptical as good hair dressers are hard to come by. But, after a few reviews I chose Salon Experience, made an appt online (GREAT Idea!) and was there the following day. Lori was my stylist, A++++, with her expertise and experience she was wonderful, color matched perfect,highlighted areas I needed, trimmed and styled as I requested. I cannot say enough great things! If you need a great stylist go see LORI!

Wonderful! l went in there As soon as i went in i saw that the place was so petty and so christmasy it really got me in the christmas spirit! There was even a nail arey. I asked for a inch of my hair cut off. And while i was waiting there were books i could look at. When it was my turn i washed it and after it was cut and it turned out to be beautiful and the lady named Karen was so nice and I knew i had to visit again I love this place and my new hair style! So you should come visit Salon Experience!
