Rachel Louise is amazing. Seriously, I’ve never had a better experience at a salon. After my last visit at a different salon, I was really scared to get my hair done again. Rachel was so sweet and walked me through the process of everything she was doing, always making sure I felt comfortable. The color turned out exactly like I wanted. I’m so impressed. Rachel is AMAZING! I have had many stylists in the area over the past 8 years and never found someone worth returning to until now! My hair was very damaged from a prior Ballyage, the tone just didn’t work for me, and the style was blah. Rachel took her time looking at my hair and talking to me to figure out what would be best for ME and she did NOT disappoint! Just had my first visit to the salon on Tuesday with Rachael, for a cut and color. Rachel was recommended by a friend who knew I was searching for a new stylist. This place is amazing! Everyone there was professional and kind. Rachael was great, very talented in color coordination and gave a fabulous hair cut. Ladies, we all know how important a “good” hair cut is!
