First time at this salon. I was VERY scared because I just moved to this state and back home it took me forever to find a stylist that is good with curly hair. The super awesome and friendly receptionist hooked me up with Julie and I am HAPPY! Apparently she’s been doing hair for about 30something years (which I didn’t know until after). I’m so grateful! I told her in just a couple words what I wanted and she filled in the blanks. She cracked me up a few times too. Very entertaining appointment. Time flew. She’s awesome and I’m for sure going back. She definitely knows what she’s doing. I feel super pretty and my curls are popping!

I went for the first time last weekend, I saw Harold for a haircut. Everything about the experience was amazing. Before we started we discussed my hair maintenance and styling habits. Harold customized a haircut that was perfect for me and was super helpful with how I can keep it looking great. During the cut, I had so much fun just chatting that the hour flew by. And my hair has never looked so amazing! My girlfriend got her hair cut by Savannah at the same time and was also very happy with her experience and looks amazing .

Critical: Quality, ValueI’m not going to put the girl on blast who cut my hair because she was nice and I feel bad. I will put the blame on management for not training staff enough. I wanted a trim on my grown out bob. I have super fine hair and it typically takes like 30 mins to wash, cut and dry. It took her an hour and 20 mins. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I know as soon as she put the cape on me it was going to be disastrous. Her hands were shaking and she seemed brand new to the salon, maybe even to doing hair. My hair is super jacked up. Different lengths all over to the point my husband even notices. I specifically said I don’t want layers in the front because my hair is thin and layers make it look choppy, which it is now. The salon was nice looking and my shampoo was great, but the haircut is awful. The girl had no clue what she was doing. Would not go again. Thank God hair grows. I went to Salon Estetica last weekend and got my hair done by Victoria. First of all, she is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! She makes you so comfortable in her chair. I got my hair highlighted and it turned out beautifully. She gets it so close to your root! So happy with my first experience at this salon. Will definitely be back!
