Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my hair done with Sarah, and my highlights came out awful. They clearly weren’t toned properly as they are very brassy, and there are countless random patches in my hair where it’s significantly lighter than the hair further down the strand – as if she just threw a bunch of bleach onto one area and forgot to carry it down or something. It makes me wonder how or why she still has her license and is able to continue doing a terrible job and messing up peoples’ hair.After having spent as much time and money as I did, I’m genuinely impressed at how one could do such a bad job while also being rude and seemingly annoyed the entire time- even from the moment I entered the salon. Unfortunately now, I will have to spend even more time and money going somewhere else to get my hair fixed.Don’t make the same mistake I did. I got my hair done with Sarah, and my highlights came out awful.
