We have gone to Salon Essentials twice. The first time the hair dresser clipped two of my boys ears! The second time we went in as a walk in. The receptionist made it very clear that although the sign on the door says walk-ins welcome they are highly discouraged! She was so rude! Never going to Salon Essentials again. I wouldn’t even give them one star.
