I have been going to Rebecca since i was in high school and I’m almost 30 and NO ONE can do my hair with the cuts and funky trends like she does. Even when I’m not sure what i want but i want a change i ALWAYS walk out LOVING it. My sister and mother have become a regular with her as well over the years and we will NEVER go to anyone else !!! Tried this place after loss of a stylist I had been with for about 10 years. It was my first visit, and without knowing (or even asking for that matter) anything about my hair the stylist (Maria) washed it with a volumizing shampoo/conditioner duo. I have curly/frizzy hair that I regularly blow dry straight – volumizing is the opposite of what she should have used. I did receive an even cut but the stylist didn’t quite get some of the details right around my face – I ended up cutting the angle around my face myself a week or so later at home. While blow drying my hair straight the stylist allowed hairs to become caught in a small gap in the neck of the round brush she was using, ripping out and breaking my hair on several occasions. I mentioned it a few times (it was painful and I could see that she was damaging my hair) but it kept happening. I’m not going to be returning here, so my search for a new stylist continues.
