Before I start I just want to say my stylist was sweet and the environment is nice. Honestly, I hate writing reviews but……I showed her a picture (I get things go into a picture but I wanted the angle) and it was not not what expected at all and even had to have her cut more in the back to give me the slightest of an angle instead of the bob she gave me. I explained at the start, even showed her the section I wanted longer at the front. What can you do when the hair is gone? In the end she said “I wasn’t sure how much of an angle you wanted? Really?? Could’ve asked to see the picture. I still tipped, I would never not do that. Just frustrating.
