I can simply show her a photo for inspo and she can take it from there! I am sensitive when it comes to my texture and always want my hair feeling soft and shiny. I have been going to Savannah for 6 years now. She is the best! She always makes my hair dreams come true. I can simply show her a photo for inspo and she can take it from there! I am sensitive when it comes to my texture and always want my hair feeling soft and shiny. I have never left Savannah’s chair unhappy and always have extra soft hair when she’s finished! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Savannah for 6 or 7 years, her salon is wonderful! Everyone greets you with a smile and asks how you’re doing, they remember everyone’s clients not just their own. Salon Esby makes your visit so comfortable. The salon is beautiful, SO clean, and the chairs are so comfortable! Savannah puts so much work and effort into each and every client’s hair, she’s very professional but also a great friend. Savannah makes a point to catch up on your life while you’re in her chair. She always works around my schedule and if something changes she alters her schedule for me. All her hard work shows when you walk into Salon Esby. I wouldn’t trust another soul to touch my hair, and I wouldn’t ever want to sit in any other chair. I’ve been going to Savannah for 6 or 7 years, her salon is wonderful! Everyone greets you with a smile and asks how you’re doing, they remember everyone’s clients not just their own. Salon Esby makes your visit so comfortable. The salon is beautiful, SO clean, and the chairs are so comfortable! Savannah puts so much work and effort into each and every client’s hair, she’s very professional but also a great friend. Savannah makes a point to catch up on your life while you’re in her chair. She is professional, genuine, and very organised. She has always put her clients first and their needs. I show her a picture of what i want and she always makes it happen. I’ve been going to Savannah (the owner) for about 5 years now and I have nothing but respect. She is professional, genuine, and very organised. She has always put her clients first and their needs. I show her a picture of what i want and she always makes it happen. I have nothing but good reviews and 5 stars for Salon ESBY. I have not only blonde hair but i get the hand tied extensions and they always look amazing. The salon is clean, beautiful, and a very calming place. I highly recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe salon is super cute. My review is not against the salon. It’s only against my experience. I had extensions done by Kira, when I went to her I truly thought she was going to be my forever stylist! She seemed friendly, she color matched my hair and added extensions, when I left the salon I was So happy! I felt beautiful, however that was short lived! My extensions started falling out the first time I washed my hair which was 3 days later and they kept falling out. They fell out every single time I washed my hair. I had to go in multiple times to have them put back in. I used the special shampoo she recommended did everything as instructed and She even had me go in for a wash in which they fell out while at the salon, she put them back in that day but the problem continued. After multiple attempts to communicate with her to make it right she simply said she doesn’t know why they keep falling out, in the end her response was to not contact her any further! There are so many things she could have done to make it right. Extensions are not cheap. I was never ever rude to her, all my communication was only to find resolution. She seemed friendly, she color matched my hair and added extensions, when I left the salon I was So happy! I felt beautiful, however that was short lived! On the day of her appointment the owner texted to cancel postpone her appointment until the next day because the day before was her sisters 21st birthday and she wasn’t feeling well(Hungover)..
