I just had a haircut with Lucy and was very unsatisfied. She was very friendly, but I’m not sure if she was new or just not experienced with more alternative styled haircuts because she seemed almost afraid to touch my hair. My hair is short with lots of layers but it’s nothing too crazy. She barely cut off the dead ends and I told her wanted layers but she kept suggesting not to. She also seemed to not understand exactly how I wanted it styled even though I showed her pictures how I style it / cut it normally.

I was super happy with my experience at Epic!! I went in with dry, yellow hair, and left with luscious, sandy hair. Lauren was professional and funky! She knew exactly what my vision was for my hair. I will be going back again next month for a cut and more color.
