I have been going to Salon Envy for over 5 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. Savannah does my hair and she never fails to come through with perfection when she does my hair. She listens and ensures that you are happy with every aspect of her services. Savannah is kind, flexible, considerate, patient, and thorough. I will always return to Salon Envy as they are absolutely the greatest in haircare and customer service. I highly recommend Salon Envy and that you request Savannah whether it is your first time getting pampered at a hair salon or if you regularly go to salons to maintain your hair.

Owner of salon envy Tanya charged us $1000 for a halo and another hairpiece that cost $247 online once I researched it. She was to color the hair the same color as my friends hair which did not come out even close to her color. Instead of providing good customer service and re-coloring the hair she gave us $135 back and sent us on our way to someone else. If this is the way a business owner would treat you not valuing you as a customer, I’m sure her employees are the same way.

Critical: ProfessionalismGaby was unprofessional. She told me on a Thursday to go in at 11am then text me to go in at 12pm then I got another text to come at 1pm. Not long after she text me again and tells me to go in the next day at 7am instead. Friday morning I should up before 7am to be early & she shows up around 7:15am but comes to find out that she forgot her key. She left me at the salon for over an hour!!!! Gaby was unprofessional. She told me on a Thursday to go in at 11am then text me to go in at 12pm then I got another text to come at 1pm. Not long after she text me again and tells me to go in the next day at 7am instead. Owner of salon envy Tanya charged us $1000 for two hair pieces that cost less than $500 together. She said that she could match hair piece with current hair color. She tried and failed. Instead of re coloring because she had an extremely devastating customer she provides a refund for half of the cost for hair coloring. She came highly recommended. So sad that an owner would treat her customer this way.

On December 11th, 2019 I got my hair done by Gaby. My hair was a little blonde before and wanted to be darker and I was pretty excited to get my hair done. She was friendly in person, but after few days of getting my hair done I noticed that my blonde was coming back, so I had texted her with a picture of my hair asking why did my hair color change? She didn’t responded she blocked me instead I wasn’t upset it was just a question but she didn’t have the courtesy to respond and I spent $170… hopefully I don’t get blocked on the business page for leaving a review!

My Fiancé and I are months away from our wedding and she paid $180 to this “hairstylist” named Vivian which ruined my Fiancé’s hair. My 8 month old son could do a better job with his finger paints. We later found out from a real hairstylist that the products used were cheap. My fiancé at 31 days contacted Vivian for help and advice on how to fix her hair and she replied rudely and wanted to charge for the help. A true waste of money. Save your money and buy a box dye, or go elsewhere.
