Salon Envy

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo it pains me to write this review because Emily rose is an amazing stylist but when I went there on 09/16/2020 I made an appointment to get my balayage redone because it was so grown out due to Covid . I asked them to put me with someone who had experience with balayage and that I trusted them because i had services done there before with Emily and had seen the other stylists work and I trusted their judgement WRONG they placed me with a stylist right out of hair school she was sweet and tried her best but she ruined my natural hair and turned me copper and platinum when I explained that I wasn’t happy with my hair the owner Whitney chuckled and said that I wanted blonde and that’s what she gave me.Not once did she apologize. She placed the blame on me since my hair is naturally dark.I have never been so embarrassed to walk out of a salon lucky they toned it some but the damage was already done. After this experience I will not be going back to salon envy and will no longer recommend them to anyone. So it pains me to write this review because Emily rose is an amazing stylist but when I went there on 09/16/2020 I made an appointment to get my balayage redone because it was so grown out due to Covid .
