Started coming to Salon Encore for my monthly pedicures. It’s a very welcoming and clean environment. The staff are very friendly and professional. I see Amy Jo, and she does exceptional work. Her pedicures are very thorough and relaxing and she’s very upbeat and friendly. I will be a lifelong client of this salon. Overall, Salon Encore hits it out the park with their service, atmosphere and technicians! And I would highly recommend seeing Amy Jo for an amazing and relaxing pedicure!

I got a good vibe when I walked in but it took Melissa almost an hour and a 1/2 to cut my mother’s very short hair. And she just kept cutting and cutting and my mother ended up with a haircut she is not happy with….for a lot of money. Unfortunately will not be coming back.

I used their Make up application service. And want to inform they have limited experience in applying make up on darker skin tones with discolouration. They do not know what colour correcting is. I spent 300 USD and my face was all greyish. He did great eye make up but was completely lost with foundation application.
