If you are looking for a hair designer… Rachel is your girl! And yes I said that correctly! She is more than a hairdresser… she creates and designs.. you will be amazed at what she can transform! I would never let anyone cut or style my hair! Not only my hair but my daughters as well! And yes she takes kids! She is great with them. Have I mentioned you don’t have to spend ALL day at Salon Emerald either… she is good at what she does and fast. I swear I have never walked out of any salon in my life and not spent at least an hour there…. not with Rachel! You are in and out, ready to show off your new cut or color!!!
