Rebecca did a great job fixing my botched haircut from another salon. She was very nice the whole time, super friendly. Courtney did great with my son for his first haircut – we cut off about 8”. She was wonderful with calming his nerves. The overall vibe of the salon is very relaxed, and friendly. I highly recommend them! Haircut

I’ve gone to the Salon Elevations for my nails and I’ve been very happy. It’s a fun and friendly atmosphere to be in. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend Moonstone makeup owner, Morgan who rents her own space separate from the salon. I went there to get my eyes and lips done a few months ago. During my check up visit Morgan had me in tears criticizing me. She called me today regarding my up coming appointment for next week to have a “retouch up”. She said I asked her to call me with a price that included my brows. I told her I didn’t call her plus she didn’t do my brows only my eyes and lips. She said I complained about my eyes which isn’t true. I told her my lips didn’t look like the pictures she advertises. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely. I contacted her back very upset stating I would go elsewhere. Morgan’s reply “I’m OK with that”. I

I tried calling but got nowhere so I physically got in my car and drove there to see if I could make a reservation for 3 or more days away. Nope, every day I suggested was booked solid. So, if you want to get in sometime within a month you’re out of luck. It’s great that they’re so busy, they must have great stylists …but, bad for us that want to make an appointment. I guess I have to look elsewhere.

Moonstone permanent makeup inside Salon Elevation is now my only permanent makeup company that I will go to. Morgan values education and aftercare instructions so I know I’ll always get optimal results, as long as I follow her professional guidance. I went to her for eyebrow microblading & I was really nervous as I’ve seen friends with gray eyebrows and un-natural looking eyebrows. Morgan was able to explain why eyebrows turn grey and how they could look un-natural. So she talked me through each technique and we picked the perfect one for my goals. She was so professional and easy to talk to! 10/10 recommend

When I walked into the salon I looked like I had cut my own hair with a weed whacker (I didn’t). When I walked out, not only was the cut perfect, but Jaden made sure that the style fit all my work and play needs. And he showed me how to style it myself. Call him. Book time time with him. I absolutely love this place but recently I went in for a haircut & I explained to my hairstylist Sai to not cut to short since it took me 2 years to get it the length i had it that day. Well to my surprise, she gave me a short cut and I just couldn’t wait to get out of there. I was so upset and I couldn’t find myself to tell her how much I hated it, (she was a very nice person). I know my ends were bad & she showed me how much she was cutting (2in) but in reality it was 6in off when I looked in the mirror at the end. I’m still upset about this and I won’t be trusting anyone with doing any type of haircut on me. She didn’t even do my hair in layers like I wanted them. Im very attached to my hair and I know it will grow back but for me, my hair grows super slow. So to anyone reading this, this hair salon is amazing, everyone is super friendly & attentive but sometimes mistakes can be made.
