Had an appointment for my wedding. No notice.. I had to call to find out the salon was closed due to a flood which is horrible, but I would have appreciated a phone call so that I would have more then the day before the wedding to find something else. Now I’m in a complete panic trying to find someone else 1 day before. I’ve been going here since 2014. I don’t think im going to come here after what they did to me.

Besa is the best hairdresser ever! She is patient, precise and has transformed my hair into the best platinum blonde that I have ever had. She also is wonderful with hair extensions (tape in application) and has given my daughter that best updos and styles for all of her high school homecomings.

I personally walked in to get a quote on highlights and was quoted $80-$100 by the front desk staff. When I went in for my apt the following day I was told $195 by the hair dresser after I sat in my chair. I sat in the chair for 4.5 hours mind you and I would have been charged $240 but was given the haircut free since there was a screw up. My hair is damaged and fried and totally not what I wanted color wise. Would never return. I thought I was scammed.
