I have been going to Salon Eleganza for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. The stylists are all extremely talented and their passion for making their clients look beautiful does not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new salon. I personally go to Taylor but I have been seen by each stylist and all of the girls are incredibly talented!!

This will be my first and last experience getting my hair done at Salon Eleganza. A little bit of background information about me and my hair… I get my hair colored and cut only once a year- ombré style so no harsh line of color demarcation. This style was chosen specifically to satisfy my frugal lifestyle as I pay off an inordinate burden of seven years of college loans, not to mention my hectic work schedules. I have light brown hair with ombré to blonde, no other colors are in my hair. Getting my hair done is supposed to be a real treat for me… I explicitly described my described look using words and a picture upon making the appointment several weeks in advance (in order to assist with mental and other preparation), as well as during consultation on the day of my appointment. Despite my explicit verbal and visual description to illustrate my desire for ombré not balayage, a rather uneven balayage application was completed that resulted in a heavy horizontal line approx 4 inches from my scalp. I was so exhausted after my ten hour work day on the day of my appointment and being in a rush to get home and go to bed and do it all over again the next day, I didn’t pay full attention to the end result…. I had my trust in Michelle… I was brought to tears the following day when I looked in the mirror.

It has been just 2 weeks since these gals came in on Black Friday to do my daughter’s wedding party’s hair and makeup. They did a FANTASTIC job on everyone. Love this place….when you find the right hair stylist its everything! Antoinette and her crew are top notch. Clean and beautiful salon! Great tea too and you can even shop while you’re there. How convenient, a girls dream.
