The people that work there are very nice and treated me really well. However, the haircut was not good at all. I explained what I wanted and showed pictures, but she cut way too much of my hair and used a razor on it. All the volume of my hair is gone because she did not do what I wanted.

I would give a 5star but the distance is bit farther for me than I’d like to travel. But the times I have used their services I was not dissatisfied. The are professional and lively staff – very friendly and have great consultations. I really enjoyed the facials. Nancy did my hair a couple of times and I was very pleased. Thank you.,

I went to this salon with a friend that speaks English really well because I am from another country but now living in America. I showed the lady a picture of what haircut I would like and my friend explained everything I wanted. She cut my hair but it was nothing like what I asked for. So she said that she would focus on the cut more after she finished coloring my hair. Once she finished doing my highlights she said my hair was falling apart. She left the die on my hair for too long! She then proceeded to cut my hair more saying that she would then fix it and do the cut that I actually wanted, however, she used a razor to cut my hair and ruined it. Once she finished everything I bought a whole line of products to take care of my hair since it was destroyed. The cut nor the die on my hair looked like what I wanted and what I explained to her. She does not know how to cut hair, she only knows how to cut hair for men. I went back to ask her to give me my money back but she said no and that I could go back and she would fix it, but there is nothing she could do to fix it, unless she made me bald. She is not professional and didn’t even try to come to a compromise with me. Never going back, and I will never recomend this place to anyone.

Been going here for years. Joanie and Zack are the only hair stylist i trust. They have a tanning salon, makeup and hair supplies and much more. Go get a spa day!

This is where I got my family’s hair done. They see us pretty quick and more affordable than some other places in the lake charles area. I hate that they are closed Sunday and Monday as those are some of the days I am free to get a haircut.
