What a GREAT Salon!! Traveling from out-of-state and they squeezed me in. My color is fabulous by Rachel and when she wasn’t sure on my cut, she didn’t hesitate to invite Dani who stepped in and assisted. The owner Nikki was so kind when I arrived and you can feel the professional here. I am not the easiest hair customer unfortunately but these ladies went above and beyond! I hope to return again!! One of the most unprofessional salon services I have come across. They booked my appointment and when I reached the salon the hairdresser made me reschedule saying she wanted to give me more time. The second time when I reached to the salon at the scheduled time she said she could not take me in.I have a trip coming in 3 days and was depending on them for hair styling. They simply did not want to provide services to a brown person. Would not recommend them at all.

This is a very nice salon and overall I had a great experience. I was able to get a same day appointment and the person who scheduled me was very pleasant. My stylist, Bianca, was on time and friendly. She went over how I wanted my hair cut, asking several questions so we were on the same page. The shampoo and mini scalp massage was very relaxing. When she wasn’t 100% sure on how to proceed with the cut she asked another stylist. Some might see this as a negative but, honestly, I think that is a desirable trait. No one knows everything and the worst thing a stylist can do is give someone a haircut they don’t want. The only downside was that the cut took quite a while but in the end I got what I asked for at a good price.
