Love the new space! It’s very warming and relaxing. I love that they use Aveda products. That’s what brought me to the salon in the 1st place. It’s a good idea to make an appointment and they’ll take care of you!

I asked the girl to dye my hair lighter and she dyed it darker. The opposite of what i wanted. I had waited months for this appointment, just to disappoint. And this isn’t the first time they messed up. Not to mention, the cutting job was not good. Hair highlighting, Hair coloring, Haircut

Such a great spa and salon. The vibe in the spa is wonderful!! The people are so personable from the initial receptionist to the stylist! Everyone is happy which makes it a great experience! Mandy was awesome!!!! Took such great car of me I recommend her to anyone and everyone!! She seems to care so much and made sure I was taken care of and comfortable throughout the whole process!!!

It is important when rating a place. I know I read a lot of reviews to help me make decisions. Giving 5 stars is something I do not believe in “there is no perfect”. A 4 star is the best and that’s what I give my stylist! Kim is the best and has been for several years.

I had an all around terrible experience – from the stylist talking about how she was out until 3 am the morning before (exactly what you want to hear while someone is taking scissors to your hair) to the resulting cut, I would caution anyone thinking about this salon to look elsewhere. I asked for a trim of about 2 inches and NO layers since I wear my hair in braids and buns 99% of the time and walked out with a 6 inch hack job and layers so short Rachel Green would be traumatized. I haven’t been able to style my hair properly yet and I now am forced to decide if I go for the full chop and get a bob, which my long hair hasn’t seen in at least 25 years, or spend another 5 years growing it out.

My girlfriend made an appointment for cut and color. We are here now and they tell her she onl has 30 mins because the young lady at the front desk didn’t put her down for a color. With the choice of cut or color we went with color and now the two women who have and appointment with the same stylist for later times are here… she clearly over booked. It’s extremely frustrating. Men do not bring your girlfriend here unless you enjoy headaches and disappointment.
