March 26, 2021 Had the opportunity to visit the salon and request a Pixie cut and left crying with my hair uneven and looking horrible. I had to addressed the hairdresser few times because she was leaving my hair uneven. I noticed it looked wrong and asked to see my back and it was a complete disaster. The worst part is the lack of empathy for a customer from the rest of the employees. It was a nightmare. Do NOT trust your hair to them.
