The owner waxed my sister’s eyebrow OFF today and dropped hot wax on her eyelid, she never apologized nor offered to reimburse for her terrible mistake. She had the option to use a solvent on the wax and was inexperienced and instead ripped her eyebrow off. Please go to a reputable aesthetician rather than this place!!
