Extremely dissatisfied with the service today . I went to this place taking my kids for haircut . I showed the person a couple of pics the way how I wanted the haircut to be . I was not ok with the style he did first for one of my kids . I insisted him again saying that I expect something funkier as in the pic I showed him.Again I was not quite ok with the way it turned out for my another kid.Finally I told him to make the corrections I needed and I got displeased by the response from him mentioning that he got more appointments lined up and he could not do the needed corrections . I have got an appointment too and it’s their job to make the customers happy . Just because we had been happy with the service they offered so far ,we continued going there . Sustaining that quality of satisfying the clients is important.

Nice folks. Clean place. They do a decent job but the price is marginally high for the amount of time and care per individual. It felt it is a generic haircut that you perform on everyone as if 100 people are in a line and you have to finish the job in 2hours.

I went there today since I liked their work in the past for 2 times. I didn’t get the same hairstylist I wanted to have but since it was a bit urgent for me to get my haircut done, I asked for any available hairstylist. The person who cut my hair did an awful job. He didn’t feel important to higher the chair up so that I can see my hair in the mirror, even after he was done with the cutting. He didn’t ask me at the end if that’s how I wanted my hair, didn’t comb my hair at all after the cut, didn’t show me my hair from the back in the mirror. I came home and didn’t feel if I had my haircut done at all.. He didn’t cut the bangs as I told him.. He did the job (hair wash and cut) in just 15 min. Why do they charge $25 a cut if they provide same kind of services we can get in any regular hair salon (with almost at a half cost)?? So pissed off.. I won’t ever go there again..

Rebecca and the staff at Salon Eclips are the best!!! You will feel like family when you walk in! They also really know what they’re doing when it comes to cutting and styling hair. I just went for a haircut after they opened up again and they are being very careful to follow all of the safety measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus. I felt absolutely safe and cared for when I was there!! Will definitely be going back again!
