It is the first AVEDA concept salon and spa serving Sugar Land, Texas and the surrounding areas. as pioneers of the industry in the area. This was my first time here. My husband booked an appointment for me to get a manicure and pedicure. The staff was amazing and I enjoyed them very much! They made me feel extremely comfortable in the establishment and not to mention I also had my 7 year old daughter with me. She loved the staff and enjoyed her time there as well. Everyone treated her great! We felt so comfortable it was like we where sitting at home nice and cozy getting our mani and pedi done! We both got the cutest matching glitter effect and rhinestone on our feet. ❤️ Dario and his staff was great with making sure we remained comfortable while we where there! I definitely recommend Salon Eben and day spa to anyone in the Houston area! We definitely will be back and I’ll tell all my family and friends about this amazing place.

This salon is excellent! Dario and his staff are beyond friendly. Amber gave me a pedicure, and she was outstanding. She’s very attentive and so professional (a perfectionist). I went i for a hair cut by Candy. She did a great job! My hair needed toning and I typically go to another salon but but she said she could get it done. I showed her a picture of what it looks like so she could get the right gray. The toner was left in my hair maybe 10 minutes tops. I’m used to it being in my hair at least 20 minutes. She blew dry it out and told me if I have any problems to be sure and come back in and she’ll take care of it. Guaranteed service right?! When I contacted the salon three days later because the toner did not take throughout all my hair and left only strips that were gray I went back and was treated like I was robbing them of time. when I showed the lady the picture again she made the comment…”well, now that you should be the picture I know what you want.” When she made that comment I knew there was going to be no accountability from her. She was very rough with my hair. I will say that she tried to be cordial but you could tell it wasn’t genuine even. I will never return to the salon because of how they treated me on my return to try to get what I paid for. She ended up making my hair worse and after just one wash it was back to the way it was before I had walked into her salon. I do not recommend this place because of that experience.

Reyna took care of my hair has not experience at all. Brazilian blowout and my haircut both horrible. My hair still frizz. I paid too much which I wouldn’t mind if she would had done a good job. This was my second bad experience and last time at this place. I’m very disappointed and won’t recommend this salon to nobody.
