This is the WORST salon I have ever been to. I went in and asked for a very specific, basic service of a root touch up, a few highlights and trim. The stylist didn’t listen at all, did what she wanted and fried my hair. After, she charged me $311.25. I contacted the owner for a solution in which she said she would be refunding me, and would fix it herself. After being upset daily and waiting for it to be fixed, she decided she was too busy that day (right before a Easter when I had changed my plans because of this already) and wasn’t refunding me. I now have to go a beauty supply store and try to correct some of it myself, and am stuck with severely damaged hair 🙁 I came in with long healthy hair, and left with over-processed awful highlights (that I didn’t ask for) no root touch up, and the worst cut I’ve had in my life. I would caution anyone new going to try this place. Not only is my hair terrible, it was the worst customer service I’ve EVER had in my life, and the owner was so rude to myself and my husband saying she simply didn’t care. Even after having everything in writing regarding a refund and color correction. Stay far away from this place if you like your hair. 🙁 If I could give negative zero stars I would!
