Honestly I was pretty disappointed. I heard so many good things about Luzma and was referred to her by a coworker, unfortunately it didn’t go as planned. I came in for color or potentially balayage, she tried to convince me that balayage isn’t worth it and that she didn’t have time for it, whenever I made an appointment and put it in the notes at the time I made the appointment. She dyed it my natural hair color that I didn’t want and convinced me to come in a week before my wedding to add highlights, again another thing I didn’t want. Moral of the story I’m not going back.
