I have been going to Salon Donato for almost 10 years, and I love Don and all his Team. Traci does color like no one else. Lucy cuts my curly hair expertly every time. And Don – he is the master of the Brazilian Blowout. Recently I had a facial with Kristin and I was blown away. Awesome team of friendly professionals that make you feel comfortable and beautiful.

Clean and professional environment with very friendly experts. I saw Fallon for a brightening up of a hair color that was faded and grown out. She had great ideas to help make the color last longer and even called over a coworker to chat with me when I inquired about their extension services. I will definitely return the next time I need a touch up!

I thought I would use a groupon to try a new place. My colorist was Cosmina and my cut was from Lauren. They both took their time to understand what I was looking for in addition to providing their creative expertise which is what I was searching for in a salon. Another unexpected perk was how creative and tastefully decorated the salon was. AND everyone, that I came in contact with was exceptionally kind an attentive. I watched the staff as I waited for the color and to be honest it is a little difficult to describe the warm and creative moral. I was so impressed that I asked a few of the staff and it became apparent that the owner sets this pleasant tone which is something we do not see so much these days. When I got home I was eager to share my experience with my husband and recommended that he make an appointment as well. THANK YOU

Such an amazing experience! My stylist (Lucy) was so nice to talk to and cut my hair really well. I got a deep conditioning (which made my hair feel great) and cut using a Groupon, and am really happy with it. The salon itself has a really cool vibe. No complaints, would recommend!

Lucy did a lovely job fixing a particularly bad haircut I received elsewhere. I appreciated her taking the time to figure it out and she did a great job! A+++. Salon itself is bright and spacious, I would recommend.

I called this salon saying I had a Groupon a month in advance. I also explained that I was dirty blonde naturally and I wanted to go much lighter. I was told that it would be done easily so I booked my appointment. When I arrived, I didn’t meet my stylist until 25 minutes past my appointment. When I explained I had a Groupon, I was told the lighter color I wanted would be an additional 80 dollars. They had to “regroup” so I waited an additional 20 minutes. They turned my hair orange. I also had a cut included in the Groupon but didn’t receive it because no one was there to give it to me but they still made me pay for it. They also made me blow-dry my own hair. When I said its orange they responded with no it’s just very warm. My hair looks terrible I cried on the way home. My boyfriend who knows nothing about hair asked me why I decided to color my blonde hair orange. I have never had such a bad hair experience in my life. No help from management at all. Please don’t go to this salon they ruined my hair, and im having to call several salons in my area to try and get it fixed before I go back to work.

Such a wonderful experience with Lauren. She did a wonderful job with my cut. I can’t recommend her enough. My hair hadn’t been cut in a very long time and was a mess. She took the time to listen and I left feeling beautiful. The salon itself was also beautiful and they have done a great job with safety precautions. Everyone was masked, all the stations are separated by more than 6 feet and sanitized between customers.

I went to Salon Donato to have my eyebrows microbladed by Kristin. This was one year after I had my baby and I felt the need to finally do something for myself. I had basically no eyebrows and was very self-conscious of them. In addition, I just did not have the time as a new mom to draw them on everyday. This decision was LIFE CHANGING. Kristin made sure she listened to every single detail I asked for and made them look so incredibly natural. She has been doing microblading for over 10 years and let me just say- she has MASTERED the art. I would never allow anyone else to touch my face but the incredible job she did with my brows, gave me confidence back that I lost. They are literally PERFECT. If you are looking for natural and beautiful brows- go to Salon Donato and ask for Kristin!!!!!!! Best decision I have made.
