Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appt for Saturday but had a conflict and changed it to Friday and booked it online. Got to the appt at 2:30 and was told that my appt was canceled because Kelly was sick. No text, call or email. The owner Kim did my color, but could not do my cut. She had to attend a family function. They sent me out of the salon dripping wet! They could not dry my hair nor did they offer me a dryer to do it myself. They were not locking the doors, they were still blow drying another client. Poor business practices, this is not the first time I have had an issue and there is a hair wash girl there that is just outright disrespectful. For Kelly, if I had work colleagues like that, I would get out of dodge. They are killing your client base. I haven’t gotten a good haircut since I moved to Suffolk county years ago. So, finally, a few days ago Justina did a great job. Highly recommend.

I just spent over $250 to get my hair RE CUT and RE COLORED, just weeks after I had it done at Salon Domane. I only saw Justina, who gave me the worst haircut of my life, the stylist I just saw was appalled at how butchered it was. The color was useless, didnt cover the roots, and washed out after a few weeks. Never again.

I had Kim do my hair, partial highlights, cut and blow out. VERY EXPENSIVE. She did a nice job but I think Ill return to my regular hair salon for half the cost.
